Kari Viglasky, an Associate of Cangram International Inc., has worked and studied for over ten years in the field of Diversity Management. She has designed and delivered courses, papers and programs on Human Rights, Affirmative Action, Employment Equity, Pay Equity, Sexual Harassment, Diversity, Mutual Respect, Outreach Recruitment and numerous other Women and Gender Issues. She is also the President of a thriving International Management Consulting Firm that specializes in Leadership Development, Change Management, Strategic Planning, Executive Coaching and Project Management. Kari is an energetic and inspiring speaker, delivering to international audiences of over 500 people.

Ms. Viglasky brings over twenty years of business experience from a variety of industries: banking, securities, manufacturing, energy/utility, spirits/wine & food retail, chemical/petroleum, telecommunications and environmental. She has held numerous leadership positions ranking up to and including CEO. Kari has a Masters Degree in International Relations from the University of Windsor, an HBA from the University of Western Ontario, and a Certificate in Human Resources Management (CHRM) from HRPAO. Her thesis was on Gender and International Politics. She is also a Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR) and a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).

Kari has successfully competed in duathalons, triathlons, marathons and will complete a marathon in 2000. She is also active in the community and has served on many boards and dedicates her resources to various charities and organizations such as Women’s shelters, Childcare facilities, The Cancer Society, school counsels, the United Way, World Vision and helping the homeless. Her most joyous and happy times are spent with family, friends and colleagues (especially her son Adam). She also has a foster son in Equador, a foster daughter in Honduras and is eagerly awaiting a “little brother”, as she was recently accepted as the first female to become a Big Brother.
